General Conditions
Attention! important:
All programs and services are subject to change fees and/or modality. Such modifications shall be informed at the time of confirming the reservation.
Things to keep in mind
- Net rates expressed in argentine pesos and u.s. dollars.
- Rooms Rates with breakfast in Mendoza, for FOREIGN PASSENGERS are expressed WITHOUT hotel Taxes (vat 21%).
According to the provisions of the RG 3971 and Decree 1043/16 on the refund of VAT to foreign tourists, not residents in the country, we establish the following requirements for achieving this benefit:
- Copy of the Passport that proves identity at the time of the reservation.
- The payment is made by credit card or debit card international, issued on the outside or transfer of foreign currency that has origin in a bank from the outside.
- Submit migration card at check in.
This benefit does not reach extra services to accommodation and breakfast, reservations already billed and paid for, or to cancellation outside of term or cases of no-show. In this last situation, what taxes will be added to the current account of the Operator.
In case that passengers who do not present your documentation at the hotel, or if it does not coincide with that presented at the time of booking, will be billed to the Operator the amount corresponding to the Hotel tax.
Domestic tourists and foreign residents in the country, you need to pay the full tax (VAT 21%).
- The Rates do not include Extras (drinks, phones, washing and ironing of clothes, etc). Personal transfers, meals and activities not provided for and specified in the programs.
- All rates are subject to change without prior notice. Accommodation at the hotels specified or similar, and include breakfast and other services detailed.
- Program modifications: the company reserves the right to change the order of the routes and/or replace excursions by similar others, in the event of force majeure, or to ensure a better service. In case of not completing the quotas required for some programs or tours, the company reserves the right to suspend/s output/s, giving the passenger the possibility to choose between a full refund of the amount paid for the excursion suspended at a future date.
- Groups: The rates of this does not apply to bookings of accommodation, group of 10 or more rooms (or less for some hotels), the same shall be quoted.
- Hospitality: All hotel rates are quoted per room, unless otherwise specified.
Policy for minors
Policy for Minors, for private and regular airport Transfers:
- Children up to 02 years old, free of charge.
- After 3 years, paid 100%.
Policy for Minors, for Excursions to the Conventional regular:
- Children up to 02 years old, free of charge.
- From 03 years, paid 100%.
Policy for Minors, for Excursions to the Conventional private:
- Children up to 02 years old, free of charge.
- From 03 years, paid 100%.
Policy for Minors to Theme Tours of Wines regular and private:
- Children up to 03 years old, free of charge, with no lunch to the INF, in tours that include lunch.
- Children from 04 to 12 years pay 50% of the excursion, without tasting and with “children's menu” in tours that include lunch.
- After 13 years, credited as an Adult.
Special dates and long weekends
On special dates, cancellation policies and penalties, are subject to the conditions established by each hotel. 3 star hotels: On Long Weekends and Holidays argentines and chileans, minimum 03 nights of accommodation.
- Reserves: Unless other agreement is set, you will have to pay a token payment of 30% on the total amount of the contracted program, via deposit in some of the following bank accounts:

Once the operation is to be sent by mail/fax a copy of the deposit slip and will be made the reservation at this time.
Reservations for Inns and Stays must be pre-paid at 100%, in all cases. As well as the special services they require.
- Payment of the programs: must be paid for in full prior to the start of the program or excursion hired.
- Reservation cancellation policy: cancellations that are communicated 72 hours prior to the cash income of the reserves shall be without penalty, except for dates or special events, which will be communicated by our department receptive.
- Returns: The service is not used by the passenger, which may not be cancelled with 72 hours in advance, whatever its cause, will not be refunded in any percentage.
