Por la mañana, los pasaremos a buscar por su hotel, para dirigirnos a las afueras de Mendoza con rumbo al oasis agrícola del Valle de Uco, para visitar la bodega Bianchi o bodega Piedra Negra. Una vez allí, recorreremos sus instalaciones, donde aprenderemos de las distintas variedades de la región, sus procesos de elaboración, así como el cuidado y añejamiento de los distintos tipos de vinos que ofrece la bodega.
