Opera: October to April

The Cerro Aconcagua is a reference role in the cordillera of the Andes, and a must visit place for climbers and tourists from all over the world.  

First thing in the morning, we will look for the hotel, and we will march in the south-west by the Provincial Route 82, enjoying the landscapes that we offer Cacheutas and Potrerillos, such as the picturesque Potrerillos Dam, or the wonderful view of the Cordon del Plata. 

We will continue our tour to get to Uspallata, where we expect the Aconcagua Provincial Park. There we will walk 1 hour approx, up to the viewpoint of the Horcones Lagoon, where we can see the Southern Wall and the summit of the highest mountain of America. 

Once back, we moved a few miles, until you reach the “Bridge of the Inca”. Obligatory stop into this place icon of our mountain range. In the afternoon, we return to the hotel.

General conditions: 

• Regular departures: Mon, Thurs and Saturdays 
• Time: From 07: 30 am-19hs 
• Duration: Full day – Opera: October to April
• Minimum: 4 passengers 
• Difficulty: Low
• Transfer: to be performed in a van 18 seats, but the maximum of the tour is 16 passengers.

Remarks:  

• Backpack for hike, extra water, long pants, diver, jacket, suitable footwear for the walk and for sun protection (sunglasses and sunscreen).
• Take a personal identity, cash
• It requires moderate physical activity 

** People with heart problems or any other medical condition and women pursuing your pregnancy consult your doctor, the average height is between 3000 to 4200 meters above sea level, depending on the time of year. 

**The hours listed above may be modified by bad weather of the day, cuts or delays to road, among other factors of the environment.
